| Description |
As a Team Lead in the Development dept. at Pi Sigma Group, you would be responsible to lead the projects from technical point of view. Your main focus of job responsibility would be to deliver the project under defined.

On top of that, you will be responsible for defining action plans for project executions, taking initiatives with minimum of guidance, making calculated decisions while being a team player, managing and conducting appraisals, as well as conducting R and D as per needs.
Skills Required
1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Sharepoint Server 2003, Visual Studio, ASP.Net-based components to develop custom Web Parts used throughout the Portal website.
2. Significant implementation experience and a proven track record in architecting and implementing successful portal and web solutions.
3. Proficiency in use of industry standard Web Services and Object model required as well as skills in C Sharp.
4. Experience with single-signon integration with LDAP and Active Directory Services required Ability to analyze, evaluate and solve problems of a difficult process or technical nature with strong interpersonal and troubleshooting skills.
4. At least 03 years of practical experience of software development in web applications using .NET.
5. Should have hands on experience of AJAX technology and its usage
6. Should have good exposure of working with DOM using JavaScript
7. Should be able to work on application design ad architecture especially for web applications
8. Should be capable of managing larger teams of 5 to 6 resources.
9. Should have sound knowledge of Software Engineering principles and methodologies i.e. well familiar with processes in all stages of software development life cycle
10. Should be able to deliver under tight and short deadlines
11. Should have excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal) with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
12. Should have good team management, documentation and technical writing, and presentation skills.
13. Should have strong meeting facilitation, inter-personal and training skills
14. Should have strong analytical skills
