| Description |
Perform a variety of highly skilled duties such as: assembling, coordinating and managing multi-disciplinary technical review teams
Facilitate and troubleshoot the myriad of problems associated with developing complex systems or with coordinating and development, design, right-of-way acquisition, construction and complex development of water, sewer and transportation projects
Provide highly skilled technical and management advice and assistance to department management and personnel
Respond to inquiries from applicants, affected property owners, tenants, public and provide information pertaining to the status of projects undergoing city review
Chairs various project review and pre-submittal meetings
Establish and maintain liaison as required with boards, committees and commissions
Assist in developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, policies and procedures
Perform project design for civil engineering projects
Coordinate schedules of staff and other interested parties
Provide supervision and guidance to all assigned staff
Perform other related duties, as assigned |
