Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is very accurate and precise in his/her approach to doing things. Day to day finance/accounting services which includes recording of all accounting transactions through various vouchers,maintaining up-to-date general ledger, account payable, account receivables,fixed asset register, etc. Following is a list of items that will fall under the domain of this position:
Compute,classify, record,and verify numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records
Enter debits/credits, resolve billing/payment discrepancies
Compile information and prepare spreadsheets to assist auditors in internal and external statement preparations
Daily Cash Flow report
Daily Payable and Receivable report
Customer/Vendor business transaction analysis report for profitability
Invoicing on weekly basis
Bank Reconciliations
Maintenance of accounts payable / Receivable |
