| Description |
Work with Sr. project manager to create new project specifications
Innovate, enhance, design, document, implement and maintain solutions as new features and requirements arise
Assist in the development of specialty-specific workflows
Document various aspects of the application flow, usability involving end-users and internal technical teams
Create sample demonstrations and training workflows for the Sales and Client Services Team
Collaborate with IT, Program Management, QA/QC Teams and other Engineering teams for system implementation
Assist in creating/updating clinical templates for various specialties as part of our Data Libraries
Provide aggressive on-going client support
Assist in online and onsite demonstrations and training sessions for end users Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences regularly
Provide routine quality assurance of the application using
Test Cases, as well as follow-up and reporting of their statuses
Perform other day to day operational tasks as required by the management.
Skills Required.
Bachelors degree in computer science with an advance degree in healthcare (e.g. Medicine, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Billing/Coding)
At least 1-2 years of hands on software engineering experience
At least 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient or inpatient clinical setting
Strong working knowledge of administrative, clinical, operational workflows for both in-patient and out-patient settings
Fundamental understanding of HIPAA along with operational issues in medical charting/billing and administration
Broad understanding of specialty-specific needs (such as OB/Gyn, Sports Medicine, Pediatrics etc)
Excellent customer relations' skills
Extremely detail-oriented
Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
Works well under pressure with tight deadlines
Exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated and team focused
